Donna,

Hi, I do charting every month and I use OPK kits once in a while also.

Once I had an ovulation kit show a + a day before my temp chart said I did.

They were close but not the same day. I do believe you could use the opk

kits without charting if you wanted to. I started out that way only I

wasn't ovulating every month and now I take clomid. I hope that helps.

Hi Donna! About the ovul. test kits....I would say for you, since you

haven't had a regular time frame for your cycle recently, I would use the

shortest cycle you've had. Say if the shortest was 23 days you should

ovulate somewhere near the middle, like between 11th and 13th day. Well

using the 23 day cycle you would want to start testing for ovul. 2 days

before you expect to ovulate and continue till you get a positive. Since

your cycle varies you may have to buy two kits, and someone in the group had

made a comment about getting the ov. test kits at Target, that's a good idea,

I have used those twice, they are less expensive but I have been using First

Response and First Response the last few times cause I had a $5 off coupon

which put these at the same price plus includes one free pregnancy test! :)

But after this box, by the way I begin testing tomorrow(pray for me), I will

be going to Target too! They are all very simple to use and to read and from

what I understand they are very accurate, great because they actually let you

know 24 hrs in advance that you're about to ovulate! Well, good luck! Let

me know how things go! Everyone PLEASE pray for me, I'm gonna make it happen

this time!

I wish all of you luck!!! I didn't get to try. I just

had surgery Monday and now baby #3 is on hold till???

My kids are so wanting this. The ladies from church

delivered dinner tonight and my 5 yr old daughter says

be careful with my mommy... Shes pregnant but the

babies not in there yet! My husband just laughed and I

wanted to cry... I guess I need to vent.Fustration.I

was planning on doing this natural and was waiting

until I healed no tests no temps now looks like it

will be raincoat season for awhile.I was prepared for

almost anything but this... Didn't cross my mind to

use an aid to get PG let alone to prevent this. So the

surgeryu Pain and stuff was for the pleasure of

getting to use a raincoat. What a twist. Sorry

Angi,

So sorry to hear about your bad news. At least it's nothing permanent that

you can't fix though. I'm sure it will all work out for you. I'll be

praying for you!

Love,
