I just wanted to let you all know that I finally got my case settled!!

I think for most of you on it, will understand that finally no more

waiting, no more of them telling me what to do, or anything else!!

I have been involved with work comp for almost three years, and

unfortunately if anyone here has been on, or currantly on work comp in

Indiana I think will understand that it is like pulling teeth to get

them to pay for anything especially the final settlement.

I truely hope that anyone that is on work comp, that you guys can get

it settled and try to include medical or at least perscriptions. If

you don't have a lawyer, you really should get one. Good luck to all

of you that are still fighting with work comp, just remember there is

light at the end of the tunnel!! (so to speak) If anyone has any

questions email me, I am not an expert by no means but I might be able

to assist some one

hi, i was on wcb from april 2002 till june 2004, they said it was in my head. i

hav a back injurym also they found bone chip rite hip... they cut me off last

june i appealled it, the ygav me an advocate but when i spoke to him on phone

this past febm all he wanted was wcbs reports would not hear me out, i got

stressed said i would call him back, he said hang up on me im gone, those

bastards have no feeloings. so now my appeal is soon and i hav no one to help

me,, they do not want to pay for my back, which had disc rutptures, herniated,

deg, tears ,5 doc said i would never work again,, also they found bone chip in

my rite hip the yare not using that in my claim once that was found..i asked for

my file which was 200 pages ive gone over with all wcbs mistakes cover ups,,, i

just sent another letter to the appeal board, she called back and said , your

appeal hearing is soon will u be reppresenting my self???? i just dont get

it.... i did have another advocate last year very short

period cause she was telling wcb, i was mad at them twisting stories and

screwed up one asssement so i fired her,,the only support ive had is eric , my

spouse he knows alot the system, they finallyy put me on canada cpp lat june.

but it took 6 months for an inceome,, i had to get my doc to put me on, very

few get accepted cause the yruined it for everyone else, but i had there medical

team go over all my mris, ctscans, xrays i do hav physical problems not in my

head. so yes its good i hav them to back me,, i got a letter from a back ortho

doc to see him this august,,, i read his name and i knew it looked familiar,,

well he turned out to be a wcb doc who i first see nwhen i hurt my back april

2002, he said hav mri , your ok,, i will call you back go over mri with you, i

had the mri , it showed my back was injured, and of course never heard from that

doc again, so when i called there office over this doc, they said oh he shares

an office with aanother ortho doc, well they never

called me back again,. as far aswcb goes, i would rather starve be homeelse the

naccept money from them, they take all away from you, but its been a 3 year fite

and i will not back down,,, any input from anyone here , would like to hear
