How far to raise? And how long on T3 only?

What level should I be aiming for with T3?

Currently on 60 mcg and 25mg of HC.

Also, how long do you aim to stay on t3 only?

When is it appropriate to begin with armour again?

The whole reason I started this is I was up to 4 grains of armour and

my RT3 was 341 out of 350.

In the morning, before getting out of bed, I am experiencing racing

heart beat and nausea. It settles down once I get food,meds, and moving.
