hey all!

i just ordered abs & glutes and am looking forward to having it

delivered.... i do see some results from doing just the regular ab/butt

work in the videos i have, but i want *more* LOL. so broke down and

ordered the tape... expensive from a canadian point of view, but im sure

that i will enjoy it. i ordered it through shopnorthern.com which has the

same prices as taebo.com but ships out of toronto, i believe.

anyway, i am still alternating through my tapes each day, doing a basic

workout one day and an advanced tape the next. so, how many times a week

should i try to schedule abs & glutes? i heard someone mention 3 times a

week and i can try that, but thought id ask what you thought.... or maybe i

should just do it once and see how much pain i am in first? heh heh.

I don't remember how I felt when I first did it, but

I'd say ease into it. See how you feel after the

first time and then see if you want to work on up to 2

or 3 times--maybe more :o)!!!!!! I think someone here

posted once that they did it just about every day.

Sandie, Tae and Bo :o)!!!!!

thankyou for your response sandie! :)

yes you are right... i had better try it out slowly and see how i feel

afterward.

lately while im working out, im feeling as if im not doing much ... until

later in the day when my butt or abs or legs feel sore then i know that

my workout really was doing something... lol. so yes i had better be

careful so that i dont cause myself too much pain and end up falling off of

my taebo wagon.

great tape :o)!!!!! I need to add another day to my

I also did abs and glutes yesterday but really struggled. I doubt I will

attempt it again while pregnant. I obviously can't do any of the moves laying

on my stomache so I just threw in some alternative ones. It was a bit

frustrating, but I didn't stop trying until it was over :) I think I had

better just stick w/ the floorwork off the orginal advanced studio for now.

Although, I may throw in AL5 and see what kind of work is on that one next week.

Darcy who also did a tae-bo tv workout yesterday :)

Okay, I just finished that darn guts & butts tape! Sheesh! I forgot how
hard it is! I got through it, but barely! LOL! I will no doubt feel it
tomorrow :-)
LOL! It is hard Janick because I am sooo used to no restrictions when

exercising. I used to give it my all totally and ignore anything that came

into my way... The phone ringing, husband needing me...anything. I know now

is just good practice for when I have a screaming baby in the middle of a

crunch.

Darcy who needs to get double of everything so I can have a playroom out in my

gym to keep baby busy while working out :)

HAH! This is just the BEGINNING of compromise!! When that baby is
,

I forgot how hard it was too. I definitely have to work on that tape. It

didn't help matters that I had no energy, my legs felt like total dead weight.

I got it done but wasn't happy with my performance. I will work on doing better

next week. On to AL4 tonight...

Have a good one.
