Looking for Fellow Ontario Canadians

Hi! As you know, the weather around these parts (southern Ontario thereabouts) has been hot, humid and the particulate index is throught the roof. Even though I'm using my Flovent and Salbutamol, I find that my lungs are somewhat tight and a little raw. Can anyone suggest how to handle breathing discomforts during this horrid heatwave and humidity? (My family aren't all that keen on having the AC on hour after hour).
