Sure :)

Tell us how you really feel 1 month

from today :) Especially, tell us about

your relationship with your spouse, parents,

children, boss, subordinates and tell us in

what way and " how much " it has changed!

Then, when you feel 'kind' enough; please share

with us your " real " opinion of W. Bush,

Osama Bin laden, Hillary Clinton, Israel,

palestine, poverty, terrorism, unemployment,

slavery, spousal abuse, MONEY, stock market,

'future of America', tax break fo rich,

control of " special groups " on American

politics too!

Bottomline, in my experience, it is relatively

*very easy* to feel calm, paeceful, joyous in

any 'controlled' environment where " real life "

situations are somehwat quite 'limited'!

Many people feel that way simply when they

take a Wlak in Nature, or, when they take

2 weeks Vacatation, or a trip to Honolulu,

or whn they attend a 2 week ANY retreat! Yet,

as soon as they RETURN - they find themselves

again 'returning' to SAME old 'pattern',

same old 'thinking' and pretty much same old

'problems'! They still get HURT - when someone

insults them. They still feel fearful, stressed

when they are 'reminded' of 'money', 'job',

'morgage' and 'future'! And, pretty soon they

find that they are still pretty much SAME

'person'!

Therefore, I am really interested in finding out

what 'changes' you notice in yourself, 1-3 months

from today!

I kind of found truth in the saying:

- More things change; more they stay the

SAME!

And, please don't take what I say as

a 'discouragement' or 'criticism' -

that is Certaily Not my Intention!

My Intention if any - is ONLY a keen

Awareness of what you do and especially

what you do when things and situations don't

seem that 'friendly'! That is where I have

seen many of the *retreat* " reurnees " as well as

" teachers " Fail!

Regards,

ac.

Oh, you ask the most excellent questions, adithya comming! I really

look forward to answering them in one month. I, too, am curious to

experiment with the long-term effects of The School.

I can tell you this: I came home and right away was triggered by

the familiar issues from before my trip. I've been doing The Work

on them all day, so far, and finding peace once again!

The only conflict I can see is the TIME situation - having enough

time to do The Work on all the triggers can quickly become an issue

for me in my busy life. But one of the things I've found through

doing The Work is that I can eliminate a lot of the things I do each

day simply by questioning their relevance to my integrity. It is a

process of continual refining and honing so as to prioritize and

eliminate anthing that is not absolutely essential in my personal

value system so as to make as much room as I possibly can to

practice The Work.

Sweetheart, you won't find peace in others.

You will only find it in yourself.

And try to find it here and now. When you did find it here and now,

*then* go to all the other places you did not find peace, yet.

If you still care.

Is that true?

I have read the above statement in " spiritual "

texts many times!

Yet, it is true that I have many times found love, kindness,

beauty, peace and many other things in *others*!

Yes. I did it.

I did and I " found out " [ " guessed " ] that

when 'pressed' [challenged] hard enough,

I would still lose my peace in many of

those scenarios!

i.e. press my many 'triggers' and see me

lose my 'paece'! If one doesn't work,

try other trigger. If first time it doesn't

work, try again! And, I have seen yes, when

my 'triggers' are pressed I do lose my

peace!

What about you, ?

Do you have any 'trigger' that you know of?

Yes, I do care!

Hmmm... that's a good idea - to do The Work on time itself. Hadn't

thought of that yet. ;) I'll definitely add that to my list of

Things To Do The Work On.

I notice that my Work sessions are really deep and slow-moving.

Like, it often takes me between 30-45 minutes to work through an

issue. AND, I also notice that I work through at least 40% of an

issue each time, too. So it's so worth the time it takes!

I'm a little confused to read your comment about finding peace in

others. Was that for AC? Because I did not mention anything about

finding peace in others. In fact, right now, the peace I find in

(very triggering) others such as GW, Osama BL, etc. is that I am

clear on the fact that they innocently believe their thoughts so why

wouldn't they do what they do?

Ditto.

I met so many people and didn't write down their names. I am hoping

that BKI will let us know how we can get copies of the group photo.

I don't know. Find out.

Oh, well. Who cares for eternal peace?

I want peace now. And now. And now. And... now I'd rather be right.

'I had found peace'... is over.

What about now?

And how do I feel in the moment I project that I'll loose my peace?

Don't you notice it's gone before the " trigger " even exists?

" I " cost me my peace. Always. That's my privilege.

There's no such thing as an " outside " trigger that " knocks " me out of

peace.

> i.e. press my many 'triggers' and see me

> lose my 'paece'! If one doesn't work,

> try other trigger. If first time it doesn't

So, " someone " shows you what's left.

When I " loose peace " I know it's a sign that *I* want to distort

reality.

That's all.

Every 'pain' (or 'stress' or whatever you want to name it) is an

opportunity to undo what's left.

> What about you, ?

>

> Do you have any 'trigger' that you know of?

No.

And that doesn't mean I'm always at peace.

But I don't know when or what I'll use as justification to not be in

peace, next time.

And I care for your peace only when that also means my own peace.

E.g. when you are the story that's left of me.

Love,

Oh, that's nice, . :)

And that is certainly a bummer to come home to the worst that could

possibly happen - a stressful thought! Grr! The stories started

rolling in my mind, too, about how the effects of The School seemed

to be so unstable - even disappear altogether sometimes.

I was going to suggest to you what I have been doing - which is what

you wrote further down. I'm doing The Work on each little trigger,

writing the ones I don't have time to get to right away on The List

for later.

Each time I do The Work on one of these issues, I find myself

feeling peaceful again - just like you described with your breakfast

scenario. Also, I'm noticing that I actually feel excited when I'm

triggered sometimes because of that wonderful opportunity it gives

to find and Work through the unfinished business. We don't have to

SEARCH for it - IT finds US. How utterly marvelous!

Using What Is sounds really neat and I've heard of it before. Must

check it out. I also find that sitting in meditation with my eyes

closed allows for competent Work sessions, as well, because I've got

all the questions and subquestions memorized. It feels as if I am

being both facilitator and client simultaneously.

Thank you, , for this lovely reminder.

Picturing all the yoghurt on the shirt, the waffle on the floor and

me with the syrup bottle in hand, gave me a good laughter!

And I can totally relate to that " old thoughts " -part!

I'd like to forward your post to Moritz Boerner who actually wrote

that computer program you use to support you in the work.

In case he missed it.

Hi and Jen,

If you guys get ahold of a list of contacts of folks from the school

I'd love to have one. There are a few folks who's face cross my mind

so much I'd love to be able to speak with them again. Cheers,

Hello , and Glo.

It is P, just catching up on his lost time on the computer.

Is it true?

It was a great school! , as you know, the decision is

already made, now you might remember me! Glo, I will always remember

your spirit of enthusiam and joy.

I am feeling as if life is not the same, my stress of going through

a divorce and feelings of insecurity are sure not feeling the same.

There are still thoughts and I can find that they still invade my

presence. I have enjoyed my after care experience with all my fellow

school participants.

Thank you to all of you for being such a beautiful reflection of

the love and joy we/I produce.

I am open to further sharings and facilitations.

And Tami, the school is not a waste of money, and I still love

you/me!
