I thought I would throw this out to add to the other excellent information we have recently talked about weight gain and exercise. Exercise helps improve sleep tremendously but I still don't sleep more than 4 hours at a time. If I am exercising though I can go right back to sleep. If it isn't pain waking me up it is the chronic interstitial cystitis that causes me to need to urinate at least every 4 hours.
