Hi Amybeth:

I'm sorry, I am new, and I'm sorry I didn't understand your question,

but, in my post, I had stated that Tae-bo makes me feel strong, and I

had hoped that my message had come across that it made me feel

stronger inside...

I had also said I am working on the spiritual side.... when a person

has low self-esteem, or has been told that they were nothing their

entire life, it is hard to overcome that inner voice inside. Tae-Bo

is helping me with that as well.

But (and I'm saying JUST women) women have been taught all their life

that it's not " ladylike " to punch and hit and kick...

And I truly think that Blanks reaches that part of a woman that

tells her, " I CAN be strong! I CAN do this! " And that is truly

wonderful!

I am working on my inside... and I WILL get there! Thanks! Janet

Well if you think that Janet gets it then your the one missing a lot....(not

bad for you Janet - let me explain!) I read posts like Janet's ALL THE TIME

AmyBeth about how much Tae-Bo has done for the inside. I've said it myself

several times. Are you sure your not the one who is missing something??
