Guest guest Posted May 23, 2002 Report Share Posted May 23, 2002 Hi Deb, I've been faithful with getting up at 5am each morning, jumping around with the advanced for 1 hour. The kids normally wake up right after we go down to the floor, for legs and buns. By then I am delirious, with sweat pouring! I tried every other time slot; lunch time, before bedtime, and after work; but none worked. The morning routine is two weeks new, and believe me it is hard, but I am done for the day!!
