True.. docs sure don't seem to give us any tips about what we can do to help ourselves.. I've not heard of a single one that every suggesting pacing oneself to decrease intensity or duration of fatigue.. they would rather call you lazy and claim it's all in your head... Just wish I could find some info on thyroid drs in Ontario Going to lay down...had a tough day. A friend passed away on the weekend from pancreatic cancer and we were at the Funeral Home this afternoon. Take care..Val Glad you swung by Val!I really hope that if we get our heads together we might be able to helpeach other come up with new/different/easier ways to get stuff done... We do have to deal with day to day life, there is no getting around thatjust because we are struggling as we deal with thyroid issues... so whycan't we help each other?
