A student should not be keep away from school due to TAKS testing . If in Round Rock ISD and this request is coming from the campus level , call the specialed director Noy ( ) or email her ar "_Noy/CentralOffice/RRISD@..." If the special ed department has made this request call TEA or file a complaint .
