DARS Seeks Public Input on Early Childhood Intervention ServicesThe Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) Division for Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) is seeking public input on proposed changes to ECI policy. Comments must be received by July 26, 2011.ECI is soliciting public comments on proposed amendments, new rules, and repeals to Title 40, Texas Administrative Code, Part 2, Chapter 108, Division for Early Childhood Intervention Services. The proposed changes can be viewed online. More information about ECI and recommendations for submitting input is available on the DARS website. There are three ways to submit input on the proposed policy changes to ECI: 1. Written comments may be submitted electronically to ECI.policy@....2.
