Guest guest
I give my MIL Kondremul every night. She's had a lifelong problem with constipation and frequently would be found " digging " . The Kondremul is an emulsified mineral oil that can be given straight or mixed in juice or something. it's non-habit forming, so better than laxatives. Regardless of what it says on the bottle, I give a few tablespoons with her nightly pills. Its a big help. Guest guest
I use over the counter stool softners for my husband on Doctor's advice. He still has BM only every three days or so but they now pass easier and will go down the toilet without problems. Leona constipation relief I give my MIL Kondremul every night. Guest guest
" Fruit-Eze " works very well. If you want to make it yourself instead of ordering it from Oregon, it consists of fresh prunes, raisins, prune juice. Also, vitamin C can work well. Buy the box of packets called " Emer-gen-C " and have him drink a packet each day. That may also help--in addition to vitamin C tablets.
