Only what is spontaneous can be correct because it is free of

separation and thus of ego. In living truly and freely there is no

thought and therefore no separation between self and other. And

spontaneous, thought-free living can only come out of spontaneous

Understanding.

Who is it who thinks he must do something and achieve something? Once

it is understood that identity is an erroneous concept, that the body

is merely an experience in consciousness (like any other phenomenon),

and that there is no one to exercise any volition, where is the

question of anyone doing anything? Our lives are in fact being lived

for us rather than by us.
