My son's Dynavox has many voices to choose from. We chose a young boy voice

and it sounds pretty good, not perfect, but not bad.

I know a boy who is 4.5 years old, and the school is using some kind of

assistive device which results him in him sounding very robotic when he

talks. He rarely speaks, but when he does, it sounds like he is copying a

computer device. I am guessing the computer device has a very

computer-sounding tone. Have you seen this, and if so, which devices sound

more human?
