Many of you have e-mailed me privately regarding PSTC training. I believe I

have answered everyone that sent positive e-mails after a very successful

APCO conference but wanted to pass the word on that we will soon be sending

out our late 2000-early 2001 catalog.

Here is the basic info- e-mail me off the list (don't wanna crowd Ken's

highway) if I can provide you with additional info.

Also, we will soon be in Bonney Lake and Kirkland Washington providing

classes, Bountiful, Utah and Skagit County, WA. Check the ole web site at

www.pstc911.com for that info.

PSTC (Public Safety Training Consultants) is a proud provider of outstanding

training for public safety and 911 professionals. Dynamic Instructors like

Willett, Behr and Dave Larton are ready to share their classes

with you!

We have been featured at a numer of national trade conventions including APCO

and NENA in 2000. We hope we can work together to offer a class in your

region soon!

Our classes include school violence, customer service, stress management,

suicidal callers, in-progress events, fire dispatch, supervisory update

classes, team action seminars, motivational convention sessions, in-service

training and much more.

If you would like to get a free, no obligation catalog of classes and hosting

info, please e-mail us or call us at .

We can fax, e-mail or mail the packet.

Dates are almost gone for 2000 (we have a few in November and December) and

we are now reserving dates in 2001.

We are also taking offers for dispatch association chapters to host training

as a fund raiser and conference sessions for local, state and regional

conferences.

Contact pstc at or e-mail pstc911@...

You can also view us on the web at www.pstc911.com

Thanks!
