Why do you have a red gummy bear pouring teal paint out of two laundry

detergent bottles for your logo?

How can we create our future? Does the future even exist, or is it just

a story?

What has hope ever accomplished?

I hope you come up with a better logo in the future.

What has hope ever accomplished?.... wrote.

What has praying ever accomplished? To me hoping and

praying are one and the same.

I hope you pray for me. LOL.

Tami,

You have to open a box to get to the love you are?

The only boxes I ever open are candy boxes, sent to me by my lover .

according to the secret movie which can be viewed on line.. we do

create our future.. through thought.

And yet it doesnt always work out..

And i am confused because the self realization take on that is that

it is best to remain desireless. like a yogi..

I took the following notes from my last retreat with Self

REalization....

BE aware of Desires and see how they keep you from unbroken peace.

If you get them then you have to worry about keeping them..

Even the desire for respect, or understanding .etc. not just material

desires.. are included and should be given up ..

(reminds me of .. i need your love , is that true)

The wise person is not effect of the ups and downs of the waves of

life but dive below to calm waters of bliss..

Surrendering desires leads to peace.. say Lord, Thou doest anticipate

my every need.. I surrender..

Which i think would be closer to katies view.. of just loving what

is.. to get a future is hopeless. Or tolle who says we only have the

present.

Having said that Im taking a class on the Secret movie.. and our

assignment was to list what we always wanted to have..

what we dont want and what we do..

And to notice the negativity around us.. radio tv, friends etc.

Humans like conflict and the drama .. i think.. makes life

interesting.. i suppose..

well thats my take on it..

totally confused, roslyn

dear catherine.. thanks for the reply..---

yes it works out best in reality not our view of it..

yes desirelessness is possible with loving what is.. like katie says

those who believe God is everything and everything is good dont need

the work.. and they are desireless.

And about the diving method for SElf REalization its meditation.. but

as katie says the work is like a meditation.. and i can see how that

could help.. alot..

Reality anticipates my every need.. YEs.. i suppose.. so.

I still would think many people love negativity and drama.. it sells

papers and i think we enjoy conflicts..

I admit i have myself..

And i do find katies life very interesting.. and gurus who have

found life to be peaceful..

One of our assignments for class was to check out a dictionary and

just look at how many negative words we use compared to positive..

there really are more negative words.

That was before loving what is.. of course.

Im not as confused.. , thank you, roslyn
