We get shift differential, longevity after 5 years, double time and a half on holidays, comp time or overtime pay, and flex time. We are union covered. We too are a understaffed center that does everything. 3 police agencies and 7 fire departments plus call taking, and leads/ncic. Am I underpaid? Love my job too!!!!!!
