I take nattokinase 3 times a day (2,000 FU/dose). So, I would work up

to that if I were you. I can feel a difference if I miss a dose, but

didn't notice any benefit from adding serrapeptase to the nattokinase.

Despite taking the natto (for almost 4 years now) my blood is still

very thick & full of clots and I'm having severe dental problems

because of lack of circulation in my jaw

Hi Kendra. Thanks for responding. Do you take each dose on an empty stomach and

wait for an hour before using your " killing " agents?

I'm not very good at scheduling my supplements, but I try to take the

natto on an empty stomach and a few hours separate from any abx.

Hi Kendra,

Have you tried using Cayenne? It increases circulation...

If you haven't use it, best to start with 40,000 heat units..

If you've used the 40,000 heat units already, then

going to the 100,000 is best...

Take care,

Jim

Dear Jim

Thanks for your input. I read several blurbs about curcumin (which

you always recommend too...).

The cayenne that I have is liquid extract from NOW - it says 1 gram

per serving. It doesn't say anything about units.
