Hoping for some insight....in Feb 2010, I was diagnosed with hypo and dctr has

had me on meds. By February of 2011, I am in 100mcg Synthroid and 25mcg Cytomel

plus prescription vitamin D, iron, and multi vitamin. On this regimen I felt

great but the weight just wasn't coming off so I hired a personal trainer and

started working out 4-5 days per week. Training starting first week of February

2011. Since starting with the trainer Ive lost about 17 lbs and felt better

than I ever did until about 2 weeks ago. In the last 2 weeks, Ive felt ill...

Almost hypothyroid again....my fatigue is high...I'm sleeping 12 hrs a day+, I

am nauseated, weak, confused and foggy headed and Im constantly yawning. Two

days ago, I fainted and about five days ago I had a stressful situation come up

to which I was extremely overly responsive and felt like emotionally I couldn't

control myself. My personal trainer, seeing the gradual decline in my energy

level over the last 2 weeks, has stopped my workouts until I see my dctr. I'm

going tomorrow afternoon to get checked out. I feel like Im cloudy in my

judgement....almost like Im on a never ending hangover. So, my question is

about hypo and exercise or hypo and relapse if symptoms.... Anyone ever

experienced this? It's like I have a hangover or the flu and it won't go away.

I felt awesome until 2 weeks ago.
