We all struggle with making the changes we want in our lives. The right practices and the right group can help you develop exactly who you want to be. if you want to improve your experience of dating, marriage, your work situation or your overall sense of power, sign up for a Lovers and Leaders practice group. Due to high demand there may be two groups that form and run on alternate Wednesdays, starting at 7pm in Chelsea.
