Hi Mia, She should look at FEGS CDT in lower Manhattan. I interned there and worked with a group of people who were both deaf and mentally ill. That program has been closed since last October! The program relocated to Brooklyn, JAY street area. Hello Mia,is your student deaf? I am deaf myself and a current CAT student.  I have observed at HKNC where there was a deaf/blind populatin and am now interning at Queens Museum of Art where they are initiating a new deaf program (I am helping start it)
