Tribute to Dispatchers

The unfortunate part of this being read at the APCO conference was that it

wasn't credited to the REAL author. The author is Chief Tom Wagoner of the

Loveland Colorado Police Dept. written April 12, 1994.

The one by Steve Souder was a paraphrased version of the orginal. However,

whomever's version you read, it is still inspirational.
