Guest guest
What I do with my worksheets; Sometimes I burn them and start major forest fires that cost millions of dollars to fight. Usually I throw them away, but wouldn't want people going through the garbage and coming across them, as some are quite personal. Great thought to do a worksheet on. I don't typically save any, I find I'll grab another sheet if similar stressful thoughts come up. I'm sitting here pondering how many I've done, well over a hundred I think. Usually I do them while laying down, as I really like to relax. Do any of you reading this ever get muscle jerks when letting stuff go? I do. It's like I'm saying 'yes' to what I have been saying 'no' to, and muscle jerks sometimes happen. I think it's the tenseness going away, the muscle now free to relax. Thanks for this question, it's a goodie. (well, guess I just like my story of it)
