good question.

I'm interested in the answer to this, too.

I'm no doctor, but I would say that

the beginning of the Hashimoto's was somewhere at your 4th birthday, because

of the extreme thinness. Hashimoto's begins in a hyperthyroid phase,

running on overttime, until it exhausts the gland, then comes the fibrosis

and shrivelling, then comes the HYPOthyroid phase. It reminds me

of the pancreas. It's really hard to know at what point it starts,

but in your mind's eye, you can remember when all these extreme changes

start taking place.

Hello

My name is -Felicity & I have just joined this

group. I don't know much about groups but I am interested to hear about

other people's experiences with bronchiectasis. I have never meet anyone

with this disease before. I find it very difficult to deal with it

sometimes.

I live in Queensland Australia.

Cheers

-Felicity

Joan Thank you for the welcome. I'm not actually new to the disease. I've had it for a while (since I was a child). The only people I seem to talk about it to are my doctor. I'd like to know more because there doesn't seem that much can be done for it. -Felicity Joan wrote: I am Joan from fl, USA. I too, am new to bronc, but stay tuned. This group is great.
