Hi ,

I get deep muscle cramps also. Actually the best thing for you to do

is after you get the muscle to calm down, get up and walk. Try

stretching it as soon as you can. When you walk, it is enough of a

stretch that it will get better. I have had them and my leg was sore

for three to four days, so it isn't uncommon for them to last. You can

talk to your doc about it and it may be a vitamin or mineral

deficiency, or maybe you just pain old did too much the day before. My

doc just told me to try to walk it out and do minor stretches, only

till I feel a pull but not pain.

I hope this might help you a bit, if not I'm sorry. I know how bad

they can hurt.

Big Huggs,

Sandy
