Hi,

I taught a multi sensory writing workshop specifically for survivors of TBI for several years at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. If your friend would like to start 1:1, I'd be glad to work with him. I'm presently in discussion with Mt. Sinai about starting up the group again, which would be a 10 week commitment, on going. The last group lasted over 3 years.

Do you know any more specifics of his brain injury: aspects of the brain affected, what other areas are affected (vision, hearing, balance, fine & gross motor skills, endocrinological)? For sure, his socialization and self image/self esteem are affected.
