friend of mine Nir (Music therapist) is renting out a studio apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn. Available July 1st, 2012.

This

apartment is a true steal. It’s far more fabulous than any half-basement

apartment you will find. Heat, hot-water, electricity, washer/dryer and

wireless included in rent. Television cable wire is already hooked up (but you

pay your own cable).

The apt is located in quiet,

safe Kensington less than two blocks from the F/G lines at Church and Mc

Aves. It is walking distance from Prospect Park. There are three major

supermarkets within a few blocks, Hardware stores, Thai, Indian and Mexican

food, a diner, a shoe repair, dry cleaner and more all one to two blocks away.
