News of our move was already sent out in a previous announcement, but we are sending another reminder to let everyone know that we are now in the new office. After spending the past week unpacking and getting settled, we are now open to the public.

Prescriptions

Please allow 48 hours for prescription requests to be processed. Planning ahead for refills and calling in advance is the best way for us to ensure that your requests are taken care of in a timely manner.

Appointments

All new patient appointments must be cancelled 7-business days beforehand. All follow-up appointments (including laboratory procedures) must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48-business hours before the appointment. A cancellation fee will apply otherwise.

Supplements

Shipments containing probiotics can only be sent out Monday through Wednesday of every week. This procedure is in place to ensure that the shipment doesn't get delayed over the weekend and the refrigerated product doesn't get above the desired temperature and lose potency.
