Guest guest
Hey, just got me to thinking... for anyone that like pea pods.. or snow peas.. have you tried mung bean sprouts? They taste just like pea pods.. I used to eat them as a snack, plain, right out of the bowl... I can get the seeds from out local co op and sprout them myself.. I used to sell sprouts, BTW, one of my flea market ventures.. over 20 varieties of sprouts.... Like... fennel sprouts taste just like celery.. so you can mix up some fennel sprouts with your other sprouts and have a touch of celery taste on a sandwich or in a salad... Radish.. tastes like radish.. Red Clover tastes better than alfalfa.... but alfalfa has high protein....
