Thanks a lot to all of you for this warm welcome.

As Kristy Aunty has already told you that “Savaira” might be suffering from

Mosaic DS. She is just recovered from her Heart Surgery and now I am looking

forward for all you people experienced advice to start for “Early Intervention”

like what I should start for her better concentration and other physical

improvement.

Wish to request that the correct spelling of name is “Savaira”

“Savaira” means Early Morning/Dawn. The name was derived from my name “Suraj”

means “Sun” and her mother name “Nisha” means Night
