If you use up all your space on your e-mail account then the yahoo message

can't go through.

You can check your bounce status at www.yahoogroups.com

>Hi Kaylene....With my ISP Grolen Communications I have unlimited email.

Thats my one and only email address. I don't use yahoo mail at all. I'm

just in the yahoogroups. I'm confused. I have checked my bounce status

and it said it was a Hard bounce whatever that is.

Hi Tammy

Here is what the Yahoo Help section says:

My Groups Help

Yahoo! Groups > Groups Help > My Groups Help >

Why does it say my account is " bouncing " ?

If group messages sent to your email address are returned to Yahoo! Groups

as undeliverable ( " bouncing " ), your Yahoo! Groups account may be temporarily

disabled.

Messages can be returned for several reasons:

Your mailbox may be full -- try deleting messages from your Inbox.

Your ISP may have a backlog of email to process -- contact your ISP.

Your ISP may be blocking email from Yahoo! Groups -- contact your ISP.

In many cases, Yahoo! Groups can automatically reactivate your account once

the delivery problem is solved. However, in some cases you will need to

manually reactivate your account:

Visit your My Groups page.

Look for a bounce alert near the top of the page.

Click the Alert link to reactivate your account.

I know it describes the difference between a soft bounce and a hard bounce

somewhere but I can't find it right now. I think it has to do with the

frequency of bouncing.

I hope you are getting your messages okay now.

Ok thanks Kaylene. I understand now. Thanks for helping. I had to go to

yahoogroups to see if I was bouncing and saw and did the reactivation

which was this morning sometime.
