Information Regarding Fee for Services Rates for DMT

Greetings my fellow CATs!  I am in the process of

writing a proposal for a DMT program in the Special Ed school that I work

in.  Part of the program includes an after school fee for service

component and I would like to find out what the rate (approximately) of a 45

minute session with an R DMT would be. 

Each session would take place in the music room of the school and the

population served is children between the ages of 3-5 with developmental disabilities

or ASD.  I would also like to know

the breakdown of rates for various types of sessions i.e. rates for a group,

rates for an individual, rates for a dyad, etc.  This information would be extremely helpful in putting
