Personally, I'd switch to Diet RC - if you can tolerate the caffeine. If

not, switch to Caffeine free Diet Coke or Pepsi.

Diet RC has Splenda in it which is better than the aspartame or nutra-sweet

for cancer, heart and diabetic patients.

Caffeine is not good for the heart.

I found Diet RC in a vending machine the other day, and noticed it had Splenda

in it. It is really good! Also found sugar free Log Cabin ancake syrup with

Splenda in it....tastes like the original.
