Resiliency in the Face of Challenging Times

 

Today, as we are faced with multiple daily challenges

which demand so much from us both personally and interpersonally at speeds

unheard of in human history, we must find meaningful ways to enhance our capacity

for opening up and tapping into the parts of ourselves which nurture growth,

renewal, and connection. 

 

As healers and artists we may be especially attuned to

the needs of others while at the same time experiencing these challenges in our

own lives within a parallel process. How do we honor the ever present struggles

our clients are experiencing and our own similar concerns in creative and

life-affirming ways?

 

Over these next months, TAAM invites you to join our

supportive community in the spirit of exploration and connection.  As we slow down the action, take a step

inward and focus on some themes of common concern, we will continually be

focusing on enhancing the framework of resiliency which makes healing possible

through “arts and conversation.”
