Guest guest
Good morning all, I am running art therapy groups with children ages 7-22, in groups divided by age. During art making, I would like to sometimes play music. Does anyone have any specific suggestions for good instrumental albums? Most of the kids prefer hip hop and rap. Thank you! Lena lenadeleo@... Guest guest
Lena, The bands 2Cellos and Escala do a combo of string & electronic remixes of popular and classical songs- all instrumental. I like the self-titled albums of each. Most songs are pretty upbeat though. You can also check out Nuttin But Stringz, but I think their album " From the Subway to the Charts " is about half string instrumental and half string & rap. I haven't heard it in awhile so I don't remember if the lyrics were all appropriate. ~Jen H > > Good morning all, > > I am running art therapy groups with children ages 7-22, in groups divided by age.
