HI Ty,The lawyer I use is Bruce Hillowe : phone and email: bvhillowe@...Bruce is located in Long Island but works well with fax, phone and email. He is trained as both a lawyer and has a masters degree in psychology. He is completely versed in the LCAT and LMHC guidelines as well as the LLC and the PLLC process. Suzi Tortora

Dear CAT Colleagues,I am seeking a recommendation for a good attorney in NYC who would be familiar with assisting an LCAT with the LLC/PLLC incorporation process. I would greatly appreciate your recommendations! Depending on if you want to pay, you can also access low cost/free assistance the Small Business Association in your area, the SCORE organization as well and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. All in NYC. The incorporation process is pretty simple so you should be able to do it with assistance of those organizations or they should be able to refer you further based in your needs. Take care,Chriss
