The mission of Create-Well is to identify, nourish and restore pockets of resilience and connections in our community. Our first series of workshops are focused on bringing wellness back to those who provide it. In this workshop, art therapy, dance therapy and yoga will be combined to help us to make authentic visual and physical connections with sympathetic strangers creating an ephemeral and supportive community in one creative and connecting evening. Please come in clothes you can move in. All art materials, water and snacks are provided. Students welcome. Get your exercise and creative needs met in one fabulous evening!
