The mission of Create-Well is to identify, nourish and restore pockets of resilience and connections in our community. Our first series of workshops are focused on bringing wellness back to those who provide it for others. We could cry about it (and probably often do), but it’s much more enjoyable to laugh. “Locating Levity” is a workshop where professionals are encouraged to share and then laugh uproariously at the hilarious challenges, catastrophes, chaos and crises that are omnipresent in our professional lives in a space where our devotion and compassion to our clients is not questioned.
