Guest guest
Hi all, I've gotten mixed feedback about whether or not LCATs are considered QHPs through agencies that run under OASAS or OMH. I work at a community health center that operates under OASAS with colleagues who are CASACs and LMHCs who I believe are considered QHPs. Can anyone shed light on this issue and/or help me find documentation supporting this to bring to my agency? I've checked the OP website and dug around a little on the Internet to no avail no far. Thank you! Sharon Itkoff, LCAT-permit
Guest guest
If you have a CASAC you are considered a QHP in an OASAS licensed facility. If you have your LCAT and is your title at the facility you should be considered a QHP.
