Hello colleagues, This promises to be an excellent workshop I have heard Eva Usadi talk about her experience working with veterans. She has experience, a profound understanding of the military culture, the needs of returning wariors and those of their families, and how to help them deal with trauma and bridge back from a battle survival mode to civilian norms. She is trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, TFT and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. In 2007-8 she provided EMDR for traumatized soldiers and their families at Ft. Drum. In 2010 she provided equine assisted psychotherapy for active duty military at a psychiatric hospital in NYC.In private practice since 1995, Ms. Usadi is a contract therapist for the FDNY, a POPPA clinician and has worked with PAPD.
