CP: Art Studio in DUMBO $240 & $320

Hi everyone,

Studio Milo, the lovely multi user art space in DUMBO has 2 more openings coming

up.

One is 320 a month and one is $240. This is including wireless and utilities.

We are signing leases for 10 months or longer.

The space has great light, a view of the river, and lots of mature

and quiet artists. We have painters, writers, jewelers, puppeteers, and more. It

is a surprisingly empty space and you have the pleasure of being both alone

sometimes and sometimes having a neighbor across the studio working at the same

time.
