Guest guest
I've never had this experience, Susie, but I know of Lyme patients who use ozonated water regularly and find that it definitely helps improve their well being. My dental hygienist uses ozonated water in a water-pic on my mouth before and after the cleaning, and I appreciate it. I believe it works similar to baking soda in that it creates an alkaline environment that is not hospitable to pathogens. I have never had a root canal done, but my husband did, with some very unpleasant side effects. I would try to avoid it any way I could. There is a Huggins protocol that is very involved, but basically they pull all teeth that are bad--they don't believe in root canals. The only problem is their dental appointments run 6-8 hrs long because of all the surgery. I know I wouldn't be able to handle more than a 2-hr visit & that's pushing it, so there is this other ozone option with no surgery involved. I was wondering if there was any negative interaction with ozone & lyme. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated. > Susie >

Guest guest
Hi Susie, If the infection is not in the root but in the tissue surrounding the root, MMS will kill this infection, using it both orally and for brushing... If the infection is in root, MMS can not kill it... Take care, Jim > > I'm wondering if anyone has been injected with ozone into root canals that have become re-infected & what was your outcome?
