I noticed no difference whatsover when I took the PS. I do very well with the 7-keto form of dhea. I cannot take regular DHEA as for me it converts directly to testosterone and I turn into a very angry woman. If you are worried about the hydrocortisone, then you should start in smaller doses. I have been able to manage my adrenal issues with supplements, etc. as I was also a little afraid of taking the cortisol at first. If I needed it at this point, however, I would not hestitate to take it. You should search on "low dose cortisol" or "low dose hydrocortisone" to read other experiences and you can look up research in pubmed. It's been a very successful treat for CFS. B.

I was wondering if taking Phosphatidyl serine (ps) would be better then the cortisol . i have read about it from another site. I am thinking it might be better then cortisol. i need to do something to help my dhea. Thanks
