The MacArthur Foundation is a great resource, as they spend lots of

$$$ on research.

Also, " Reaching the Hard to Reach, evidence-based Funding Priorities

for Intervention and Research " by Fonagy has relevant info.

I have other references at my office.

TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy) is an extensive and

well studied protocol. It incorporates various body-centered

therapies as coping mechanisms and art therapy can be incorporated at

many levels.

You may want to look at trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy which is evidence based. Also, seeking safety is a cbt curriculum for treatment of PTSD. I believe you can order seeking safety workbooks.Hope that helps!Liza Sent from my iPhone

Hi ,The agency I work for works with 16-20 year olds who have committed felony offense crimes in New York City and its boroughs. The crimes range but generally we do not work with sex-related charges or murder/attempted murder. Hi ,You may want to take a look at SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress). It is a 16-week group intervention that incorporates components of CBT, DBT, TARGET, and the UCLA grief groups.
