Hi everyone:

I'm working with an 18 year old male high school student in East New York who is an avid and talented dancer-- he grew up in Jamaica and misses dancing daily in a culture where it is common and socially-accepted-- but has no opportunities to dance at school and no money to attend dance classes outside of school.  I was wondering if anybody knew of some low cost or free dance classes, workshops or therapy sessions available in the city or scholarship opportunities where he can hone his craft.  He is interested in hip-hop dancing but would also be open to jazz or modern.
