Dear Friends,In this book there is a very good description (in my mind) of an art therapy session, on pages 324-326.The author wanted to include art therapy in her book. Her protagonist creates, in the end of the book, a mental health clinic based on music and art therapy. In order to know about art therapy, the author contacted me (we knew each other before. Our children studied together at The Juilliard School) and asked to take two sessions as a patient so she could understand art therapy better. Then she wrote a description of a session, plus some of the theoretical thinking that she asked me about in those three pages. To me this is one of the better descriptions of art therapy, my take of it, I ever saw in writing, by a non art therapist. So if you see this book in a library or a book store, you can read those pages and enjoy, or criticize.Love,Giora
