Are you curious about what a Gluten-Free diet means? Is a Casein-Free diet the answer I am looking for? Is it expensive? Dangerous?  You are invited to learn the basics about gluten-free/casein-free living – try samples and learn meal ideas that your family will love. 

Parents and caregivers are welcome.  In order to ensure space registration is limited to 30 adults.When: Thursday, July 12, 2012   6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Presenter: Letty Holmbo, MBA, RD, LDCombining her gift of teaching and motivating others with her interest in food and cooking, nutrition consultant and personal chef for families with special diet needs, Letty earned her executive MBA at the University of Texas at San .  A gluten-free coach, Letty, her husband , and their two kids have been successfully living gluten-free for several years.  It is this life experience that makes her counseling advice more realistic and practical.
