Guest guest
Hi guys, I haven't posted or been able to be a part of the group for a while, I have been really struggling a lot lately. I decided to wait till the New Year to begin rifing with an old EMEM machine that was built for me 10 or so years ago. First of all, since it hasn't been used for several years (I used to run the pain settings a few years ago pretty regularly, but didn't get anything from just them) does it need to be run, kind of warmed up before I start using it again? Is it okay as is to begin rifing? I have slowly begun using essential oils after learning of the amamzing results people have had from them for lyme and TBD's, and am using them instead of abx. So I am currenly not on any abx and just doing the essential oils, building really slow on them because boy, can they cause a massive herx, and doing A-BART by Byron White. Plus other supplements, lots! My other really important question is, what do those experienced with rifing recommend I start with on my EMEM machine? I have bartonella bad, and lyme, babs, mycoplasma, and erlichia. I know you can't start with hitting everything at once, so I would really love a guide to starting. What should I start with and for how long? Like, should I only do one disease at a time, for several weeks, then add in another frq for a second co-infection? I was going to start with lyme or bart for just 30 seconds. Should I just do it once for the first week? I have tried looking up info on a step by step guide to starting rifing correctly where I didn't overdo it, but didn't take it too slow either, but just can't find any real answers or help. If you guys could give me advice on how I should start, what I should start with, for how long, and how often to add, and what to add and when, I'd really appreciate it. I'm feeling lost here and don't want to go into it just guessing and being confused. I'm really hopeful that rifing could be the missing piece of my puzzle to get well. I look forward to hearing back from you guys and hope you can help me map out a plan here! Thanks, and Happy New Year to everyone! I hope 2012 brings much improvements and healing to all of us struggling here. ~
