Are there other FMer's out there in chairs? Don't know anyone else other than this group, and my depression is so bad I feel like this is the end of a normal life. Any suggestions? How do you cope? Guest guest
Hi Sharon.. I have used a scooter for the last 4 years.. my house is so tiny I can stagger two steps at a time from one point to another, but I can go nowhere without the scooter. I am very happy with it and I am sure you will love the freedom a power wheelchair will give you. I feel quite superior overtaking fit young men! And the wind in your hair gives you that sportscar feeling:) Good Luck Penny UK On 09/08/2004 00:40:37, fibromyalgia_support_group wrote: > I have a lot of trouble walking now a days, Drs. getting me a power > wheelchair as hands and arms are in pain Been using a regular > wheelchair for 4 months now off an on, mostly on now.
